Abbe Minor

I build Sprinter vans by hand: sculpted curves, plastered surfaces, tiled shower, soft light everywhere. Each one is a rolling, functional piece of art.

A van I’ll only build once.

Concretta and Moroccan Clay plaster on the walls, solid white oak accents, Zellige tile in the shower. It sleeps four and runs a full Victron system on 640 amp hours. It’s $295,000. Tour every detail, read the specs, or send me a purchase inquiry.

Hand-worked materials. Sculpted curves. Soft light. A rolling, functional piece of art.

This book walks you through buying the right platform, choosing materials, design planning, avoiding mistakes, and more. All of it is built around one principle: value creation.

Reader reviews

What readers are saying.

  • I’m reading your book and I absolutely love it. We have very similar stories because I also got into the campervan business after taking a nine month trip all around Australia. That journey taught me so much and when I came back, without even realizing it would turn into a business, I started building and converting vans into campervans. It doesn’t feel like work at all, it’s something I genuinely love doing

  • Abbe Minor over delivers on her commitment to helping you build and flip lifestyle vans. Way over delivers. But there is even more to her book! Abbe talks about building a brand, understanding your target audience based on spec and trim level, and balancing the artistic against the financial. Sure, the backdrop is a custom Sprinter, but those real life learned lessons are portable to several industries where practicality needs to meet form and aesthetic. Abbe’s book is brutally honest about what to do and not do. That is so refreshing from other authors who dance around tough topics to keep everyone happy.

I stumbled upon Abbe’s Instagram just as she made the decision to fly cross country and purchase the yellow foundation to her original Luna van. Her content is honest, self deprecating, inspiring, funny, and motivating. Her book amplifies each of those attributes ten fold. Abbe proves that combining passion with a financially tuned mindset can still be the cornerstone of the next billion dollar empire. I am certainly rooting for her. Read this book!

  • Hey Abbe, I wanted to reach out and say I finished your book. Thank you for all your insight to your process and how you started. After finishing it back in February, I started to rethink my entire approach and after a few months of building, I wanted to say thank you for being inspirational to me and my journey. 🙏🫶

My story.

Growing up in my family's small-town Connecticut campground wired my brain for business, construction, and resourceful thinking. It was only natural that I'd stumble into a the alternative living niche and combine all three of these.

Five builds and 48 states later, I'm still working to push boundaries with each project I undertake.

Let’s talk about your build.
