Digital guides

My guides are instant digital downloads, so they can’t be returned. Because of that, all guide sales are final and I don’t offer refunds on them.

If a download link doesn’t work, or the file you got isn’t the one you paid for, email me at hi@abbeminor.com and I’ll fix it. That’s not a refund question, that’s me not delivering, and I’ll make it right.

The Flow reservation deposit

The reservation deposit is $20,000. It takes the van off the market: I stop taking inquiries on it and I stop showing it to other buyers.

The full $20,000 applies to the purchase price. If you complete the purchase, the deposit is not an extra cost to you.

I don’t offer or accept seller financing, and a reservation is not contingent on you getting a loan approved. Please only put a deposit down if you have the funds available.

We agree the payment deadline in writing before you send anything. If you don’t complete the purchase by that deadline, I keep $5,000 of the deposit as agreed liquidated damages and refund the remaining $15,000. That $5,000 is the agreed measure of what a cancelled reservation costs me: holding the van, the buyers I turned away while it was reserved for you, and the administrative work. It is not a penalty.

If I’m the one who cancels, or if I can’t deliver the van as described, you get the entire $20,000 back.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Once I approve one it usually lands within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
