The terms
This reserves Flow. It is a one-of-one build, so once a deposit is accepted I take the van off the market and stop taking inquiries on it.
The full $20,000 applies to the purchase price. If you complete the purchase, none of it is an extra cost.
I do not offer or accept seller financing, and a reservation is not contingent on loan approval. We agree the payment deadline in writing before you send anything. If you do not complete the purchase by then, $5,000 is retained as agreed liquidated damages, covering the time the van spent off the market and the inquiries I turned away, and $15,000 is refunded to you.
Only one deposit is accepted at a time. We finish the paperwork together after it clears, and I will walk you through every step.
